That’s why we rigorously test all of our products for quality, and inspect every shipment carefully prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with your product, we will do our best to make it right.
However, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of any items that have been opened, partially consumed, or used. We can only accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Manufacturing Defects: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will replace it free of charge.
Unopened & Unused: If you wish to return an unopened or unused product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the email address you used to place your order.
To initiate the refund or exchange process, please submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include your Order ID. To verify the condition of the product, we may ask you to provide images or videos. While we are happy to arrange a return or refund, please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including Rs.100 for the initial shipment and Rs.200 for return shipment and processing.
