Unopened and Unused: If you wish to return an unopened or unused product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and email address. We will be happy to assist you.

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide us with your order ID. We may ask for images or videos to verify the condition of the product. If your return is approved, we will contact you to begin the refund or exchange process. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including Rs.100 for the initial shipment and Rs.200 for the return shipment and processing.
