We offer refunds for products returned in their original, unopened condition within 7 days of delivery. To ensure a successful refund, the product must be returned intact, with the seal unbroken, allowing us to resell it. Please note that a fee of Rs. 500.00 will be deducted from the total refund amount, which will be calculated after taxes and other charges by our payment processing partners.
Refunds will not be processed for any returns made after 15 days from the delivery date, or if the package is returned due to failed delivery attempts. However, we can arrange to resend the package for a nominal courier fee.
Order cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing the order. In such cases, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 working days.
Please note: We cannot issue refunds for products that have been used or damaged. We appreciate your understanding.
